  • Beautiful Cliff-side Setting On The Pacific

We stopped here on our summer family trip driving up the Pacific Coast Highway up to Oregon. The room was large and pretty luxurious, with state of the art features, very private with beautiful vistas and the bed/bedding was top noch. There was a beautiful larger freestanding soaking tub with a view and the large bathroom had heated stone floors and rain shower head. My only regret was that our stay at this location was too short! The resort is perfect for a couples retreat.

  • Amazing Views, Perfect hotel on the 1

I lovedddd this hotel, perfect place for a staycation from busy SF. My room was RIGHT on the bluff and very rustic yet romantic feeling. FIVE stars for Heritage House, a close drive to both Mendocino and Ft.

  • My favorite hotel of all time!

Very serious when I say this was my husband and I's favorite hotel or resort of all time and we are avid travelers. Everythign about our stay was exceptional. the room we stayed in (king, ocean view, suite, #59) was newly remodeld, HUGE, clean, and had the greatest view of ocean ever! we sat on our private deck, overlooking pacific ocean and cliffs, watched a great sunset, and ordered room service from the on site restaurant which was great! Had drinks and local cheese board in bar area as well, also great! the property is diverse and not cookie cutter, they are in process of remolding and adding on to many of the units, but it didn't take away from our visit at all. Our rooms bathroom was luxurious, HUGE soaking tub, heated stone floors, relaxing rain shower, ect. If you are anywhere in the area you should defiantly make it a point to stay here. Top notch all the way!!!!

We stayed in room #8 which was pretty secluded on one end of the property, the only downside was that their wifi didn't reach our room, but it was ok, I kind of enjoyed being disconnected for the weekend. The rooms were big, very clean and the bathroom had a huge tub and rainfall shower head. The staff was accommodating and very helpful with recommending things to do in the area. They gave us a name of a winery Lula to stop at on our way home...great recommendation! The food was absolutely incredible! We had dinner and breakfast ordered to our room and we were blown away with both meals. You can absolutely taste the difference in their food with the locally grown produce. I would definitely stay here again!

I lovedddd this hotel, perfect place for a staycation from busy SF. My room was RIGHT on the bluff and very rustic yet romantic feeling. FIVE stars for Heritage House, a close drive to both Mendocino and Ft. Bragg and likely the nicest hotel in the area with a great, accommodating staff as well!
